Shipping, Returns & Delivery Information

Shipping

We use a large network of couriers to make sure our customers are receiving their orders when they expect them!

All Orders received before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day, all orders received after 2 pm will be dispatched next working day.  Orders received over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

We use couriers for all our deliveries and a signature will be required.  If possible, please provide a contact telephone number for the courier if you will not be available to sign for delivery.

We are happy to deliver to a site address.

The Basics

  • Delivery is within 3* working days of your order being placed.
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery to a site address is possible.
  • BFPO delivery is not available.
  • Deliveries outside Mainland UK can be delivered at additional cost.
  • Carriage charges for all orders are shown at the checkout stage.

How we calculate Shipping Costs

Our Standard Delivery service gives customers quick and efficient delivery that doesn’t break the bank – and if you’re spending over £700.00, delivery is FREE!

All shipping costs relate to the total weight of the order.

We calculated these costs below:

1-20kg @ £10.00 ex VAT
20-40kg @ £25.00 ex VAT
40kg+ @ £40.00 ex VAT

All deliveries addresses outside Mainland UK can be delivered at cost, please contact us for details on 03301 245 501.

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with our products, please return the product in its original condition and packaging.

Powder and liquids if unused are subject to 7 day a return policy, membranes and ancillaries if unused will be subject to a 28-day return policy.  All returned items will be subject to return carriage and 15% restocking charge. Credit will be at the discretion of Waterproofing Accessories Limited.

Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty or are not the goods that were ordered then, subject to the goods being returned in re-saleable condition, Waterproofing Accessories Limited will refund the cost of return shipping.

Damages

In the unlikely event you receive goods that are damaged, the courier note must be signed “DAMAGED” for Waterproofing Accessories Limited to be able to issue any refund or credit. Should goods be missing from an order, Waterproofing Accessories Limited should be notified within 48 hours of delivery.  Any notification after this period will not be accepted.

Just one more thing…

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Waterproofing Accessories Limited cannot be held liable for any goods that are lost or stolen because of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
